1. Change of Mind
You can return any item within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging. You cover return shipping (unless stated otherwise). Refunds processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.

2. Faulty or Wrong ItemsCovered by the 2-year EU guarantee. You’re entitled to repair, replacement, or refund. Return shipping is free in these cases.

3. Extended Goodwill Return (Optional) We offer a 30-day return window for extra peace of mind (same conditions as above).

4. Exceptions
No returns on personalized, perishable, or hygiene-sensitive items.
